Breathe and Relax!

A complete and permanent source of well- being and fulfilment

"For twenty-five centuries Western knowledge has tried to look upon the world.

It has failed to understand that the world is not for beholding, it is for hearing…"

(Jacques Attali, Nois )

This discipline is an experience for both the body and the mind. It requires daily practice. This training is open to everyone: it requires no special physical or intellectual ability, it requires no special equipment or clothing. Once the basics have been mastered, each person becomes the master of his own destiny and implements the changes as he wishes.

Relaxation is a natural daily practice. The word “Relaxation” comes from the Latin “relaxatio” which means "liberation" in the sense of " breaking free from one’s shackles." This is a technique whose practice can bring harmony between the body and the mind through physical relaxation, mental and / or muscle relaxation.

The word relax or relaxation are words much used in everyday language. In the nineteenth century “relax” meant any active process of psycho-physical relaxation and by popular use came to mean all the various states of relaxation we know today. We note that in our society these days, this method of achieving well-being is increasingly present and almost a necessary requirement in our stressful lives.

Relaxation: how, for whom and what for?

Relaxation but also meditation, stress management, harmonisation, regulation of the emotions ... all are terms that carry with them a unique and essential idea. If your daily life has submitted to hectic rhythms with periods of stress, you have every interest to introduce and enjoy relaxation techniques pretty quickly in your life! The Benefits

Relaxation classes are designed to relax the body in several ways; muscularly, psychologically and physiologically to achieve complete harmony. Relaxation is the art of positioning oneself comfortably, getting in touch with yourself, to reconnect with your body, but also with your emotions, thoughts and beliefs. This state of relaxation and calm (called relaxation therapy, also known as sophrology) allows us to feel and experience positive and pleasant feelings that realign the mind and body connection. The state of relaxation (muscular and mental) shows brain cycles called " alpha waves " (as opposed to beta - the woken state and theta - the state of sleep).
